Garlic is an herb that is grown around the world. It is thought that garlic is native to Siberia, but spread to other parts of the world over 5000 years ago.  


Garlic produces a chemical called allicin.     

                                                                   "Well, there is no denying that eating raw garlic is really good for your gutand helps in weight loss". Taking garlic by mouth seems to reduce systolic blood pressure.

Dr. Shah clearly mentions that there is no written literature or research that says consuming black pepper or cloves with help you to stay immune to coronavirus. But yes if your immunity is good and your throat is healthy than you can recover from a COVID-19 infection faster.      


Drinking warm water with lemonand honey in it --            



Drinking warm water with lemon and honey in it in the morning is one of the best way to hydrate your body. Lemons are rich in VitaminC a natural    antioxidant that improves the immune system.                                                       

Dr. Namita Nada says lemon juice is to improve overall immunity. It also helps to fight against cold. She suggests eating lemons with regular meals or drinking lemon juice can improve immunity, reduce heart disease factors etc.              

You might have also seen people advising to drink warm water to prevent COVID-19 but at a time, too much warm water also dries up your throat.  " This mix is great for weight loss and VitaminC in lemon is known for keep your immunity in check", says Dr. Shah.

During the coronavirus pandemic, when we are all live a restricted life and stuck under the constant fear of infection risks, it is natural for anyone to develop anxiety.
