The goddess is worshiped as Kushmanda on the fourth day of Navratri. This goddess is known as Kushmanda because of her slow, mild laughter that created the egg, the universe. That is why it has been called the Adi Swaroopa or Adi Shakti of the universe.

The abode of this goddess is in the world within the solar system. Only these have the power to stay in the sun world. That is why the radiance and radiance of his body is as radiant as the sun. The ten directions are illuminated by his own brilliance. His effulgence pervades all the objects and beings of the universe.
This goddess should be worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri with a calm and pure heart. By this the diseases and sorrows of the devotees are destroyed and he gets life, fame, strength and health. Worship Method:
First of all worship the Kalash and the deity present in it. Then other deities should be worshipped, after worshiping them, start worshiping Goddess Kushmanda. On this day one should wake up early in the morning and take a bath and worship the goddess with flowers in her hands. After this, take a vow of fasting, worship and then worship all the established deities including Mother Kushmanda. Then listen to the story of the mother, meditate while chanting her mantras, and in the end, after performing the aarti, after distributing prasad, complete the worship. In the end, offer malpua or petha made of pumpkin (pumpkin) to the mother.
